WHAT IS THE 4 WEEK CHALLENGE?

This challenge is designed for you to have a monthly program of quality workouts that will help you build consistency, strength, endurance and more in just 4 weeks! Each workout will be one of our many guided workouts and stretches on our YouTube channel. The workouts will be organized into a training schedule so that you know exactly what to do on each day of the challenge.

 

The program is a mixture of strength/hiit/cardio and each workout is no more than 30 minutes long. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, each workout will have modified variations for each exercise so that you’re able to complete the workouts effectively. You’re more than welcome to repeat the workouts for a longer duration or add them to your normal routine for better end results.

 

Once the challenge is complete, we will award 8 prizes based on specific categories mentioned below. On the final day of the challenge (February 7th), we will host a live Zoom workout that all participants will have free access to. We will take you through a 45 minute bodyweight workout and will announce the winners of each prize category following the workout.

Entry Requirements: After finishing each workout, comment under the video on YouTube and let us know how your workout went (counts as 1 entry). For Additional Entries: share the workouts on Instagram/FaceBook and tag either @JuicetonTx (Julius White III) or @Toyacherrelle (LaToya Johnson). 

 

 

2 Random Drawings (1 Month Free Online Personal Training With OBLA) 

Entry Requirements: All active participants who signed up prior to the start date are eligible for this prize as a random drawing. Participants who we choose as winners in other categories will not be included in this drawing.
