HOW THE 4-WEEK CHALLENGE WORKS.

The OBLA 4 Week Challenge is designed for you to have a monthly program of quality workouts that will help you build consistency, strength, endurance and more in just 4 weeks! Each workout will be one of our many guided workouts and stretches from our YouTube channel. The workouts will be organized into a training schedule so that you know exactly what to do on each day of the challenge. This program requires NO EQUIPMENT but we will include optional workouts if you have dumbbells, resistance bands, and exercises sliders. If you don't have any home equipment, we have some available to purchase on our website here.

 

This program will contain a mixture of strength, HIIT, cardio and weekly challenges to help take your body the next level! Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, each workout will have modified variations for each exercise so that you’re able to complete each session effectively. You are more than welcome to repeat the workouts for a longer duration, add resistance, and mix this in with your normal routine to maximize your end results.

Throughout the challenge, we will introduce weekly incentives and award prizes to keep you motivated to stay consistent. On the final day of the challenge (May 2nd), we will host a live Zoom workout that all valid participants will have free access to. We will take you through a 30 minute bodyweight workout and will announce the winners of the final prize categories following the workout.

WEEK1

Four $25 Gift Cards will be awarded based on the Week 1 incentive.

Weekly incentive instructions will be given via email on each Sunday prior to the start of the new week. Week 4 winners will be announced during the live workout on May 2nd.

Entry Requirements: All active participants who signed up prior to the start date are eligible for this prize as a random drawing. Participants who we choose as winners in other categories will not be included in this drawing.
