ABOUT THE 4-WEEK CHALLENGE
HOW IT WORKS
The OBLA 4 Week Challenge is designed for you to have a month long program of quality workouts that will help you with consistency, strength, endurance, body fat loss and more in just 4 weeks! Most of the program will be made up of our many guided workouts and stretches from our YouTube channel along with weekly workout challenges to push your body to a new level. The workouts will be organized into a training schedule so that you know exactly what to do on each day of the challenge.
THE TRAINING PROGRAM
This program will contain a mixture of workouts that include strength, HIIT, cardio, and active recovery days to give you a complete profile of training. There's no equipment required but we are including optional workouts for those who prefer a strength program using dumbbells! Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, most workouts will have modified variations for each exercise so that you’re able to complete each session effectively. You are more than welcome to repeat the workouts for a longer duration or mix this in with your normal routine to maximize your end results.
THE FUN STUFF
Throughout the challenge, we will introduce weekly themes and award prizes to keep you motivated to stay consistent over the next 4 weeks. On the final day of the challenge (August 29th), we will host a live workout that all valid participants will have free access to. We will take you through a fun 30-40 minute bodyweight/dumbbell workout and will announce the winners of the final prize categories following the workout.
PRIZES AND INCENTIVES

Prizes will be given out based on the number of entries you earn from commenting and engaging with us! Instructions on how to earn entries will be under the description of each workout in the challenge schedule. Below are the prizes that we will be giving out weekly:
FOUR $25 prizes will be awarded based on the Week 1 entries.
FOUR $50 prizes will be awarded based on the Week 2 entries.
FOUR $75 prizes will be awarded based on the Week 3 entries.
SIX $100 prizes will be awarded based on the Week 4 entries. These incentives will be awarded based on the categories below.
(Weekly incentive instructions will be given via email on each Sunday prior to the start of the new week. Week 4 winners will be announced during the live workout on August 29th)

Entry Requirements: You must send beginning progress photos by Monday, August 2nd and ending photos by Saturday, August 28th be eligible. Feel free to include other information like weight, body fat %, body measurements, etc. (Send to info@OneBodyLA.com - Please send a front, side and back photo -all submitted photos are confidential) Click here for an example.
2 Random Drawings From Most Engaged/Consistent Participants ($100 Gift Card/Cash Prize)
Entry Requirements: All active participants who signed up prior to the start date are eligible for this prize as a random drawing. We will choose 2 winners from a pool of participants that we think were the most engaged and consistent during the challenge. (Participants who we choose as winners in other categories will not be included in this drawing.)
WEEKLY POP-UP PRIZES

Every week we will randomly award 2-4 honorable mention pop-up prizes to participants who are active, engaging and encouraging to others
throughout the week!

The schedule will also be emailed to you directly on each Sunday prior to the start of the week.
