ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING
OBLA online training is programed through our personal training app. Your workouts will be programmed into the app monthly, based on you and your individual goals and needs. There are videos attached to each exercise on the app to show you how to properly perform the exercise. You will also have a place in the app to track nutrition, progress photos and body measurements.
Our virtual training sessions are help via zoom, FaceTime, or any other video service you prefer. Through virtual training sessions, we are able to assess proper form while encouraging and guiding you through your workout. Our virtual sessions are designed keep you accountable and consistent to ensure that . Your workouts will be programmed specifically for you and your individual goals and needs. These can be performed at your home, gym, or anywhere that you have space for a training session.
IN PERSON TRAINING
Currently, our in-person training sessions must be done outdoors, following ALL CDC guidelines (Masks must be worn for the entire duration of the session). In the future, sessions can be done in a gym or private home. In-person training sessions will also allow us to assess proper form and movements while encouraging and guiding you through your workout. Your workouts will be programmed specifically for you and your individual goals and needs.
