ABOUT THE ANNIVERSARY CHALLENGE

Join us, Juice & Toya, as we celebrate 5 years of our personal training business — One Body LA! Throughout these 5 years, we have had the opportunity of helping others reach their health and fitness goals, and lead them to living healthier lifestyles. OBLA has also led us to start our YouTube channel, which has helped hundreds of thousands of people along their health and fitness journeys. We want to celebrate this milestone by giving back to our amazing supporters!

 

Our goal with this challenge is to create a program that will help you to feel conditioned, strong, and confident. We want to create consistency with a routine that is realistic and maintainable. We will focus on building lean muscle, burning body fat, and improving endurance with strength and conditioning workouts. Read the contents below for more information about how you can tailor this challenge to you. 

START DATE: Monday Oct 24th

END DATE: Friday November 18th 

WORKOUTS: Each workout will be 20-45 minutes In length 

TRAINING FREQUENCY:  4-6 Days per week

AVAILABILITY: For U.S. and International Participants

The Youtube program will contain a calendar of follow along workouts that will be included in the description of the weekly motivational video:

PROGRAM DESIGN: Strength, HIIT, Cardio, recovery stretches, and end of week challenge

PRIZES AND INCENTIVES: A $250 cash grand prize will be awarded to ONE hardworking participant based on results AND weekly engagement. We will also host pop-up prizes via email to see who's locked in to this program!

THE JUICE & TOYA APP PROGRAM

The app program will be available ONLY on the Juice & Toya playbook app. You will receive a weekly program of guided workouts that can be tailored specifically to your goals. Each workout will contain recommended sets/reps along with exercise demonstrations and descriptions to help with form. This program is similar to what Juice & Toya follow on a daily basis so this is a great option if you're looking to specialize you workouts and take your training to the next level!

HOW TO WIN

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A $250 GRAND PRIZE: Make sure you submit a "Before" photo by 11:59pm PST on Monday Oct 24th and an "After" progress photo by 4:00pm PST Friday November 18th. Submit the photo to info@onebodyla.com (YouTube program only). Please use the example below to see how to photograph and submit your photos. The app sign up page will have a separate area to submit progress photos.

YOUTUBE PROGRAM: For each video that is designated for the day, comment under that YouTube video and give us details about the workout and how you did! When you make you comment, be sure to specify what week/day it is so that we can accurately track your progress . We will be keeping up with you over the course of the 4-weeks and will be giving away a $250 cash prize for best results/engagement at the end of the challenge!

COMMENT EXAMPLE: Week 2 Day 3 : "The workout was great and I was able to do most of the exercises without many modifications. I'm looking forward to that recovery day tomorrow!"

APP PROGRAM: We will be looking for engagement and completion of workouts on the app to track your consistency. Make sure you press "complete workout" upon completion (we will also be able to see workout duration to ensure workouts are logged accurately). We will be giving out WEEKLY prizes leading up to TWO $250 cash prizes for best results at the end of the challenge!
