This is a 4-week strength. and conditioning program that's designed to help you build strength, lose body fat, and maintain consistency. This program will contain strength and high intensity workouts that will require dumbbells. Each workout will last between 25-40 minutes and you'll have access to a calendar of workouts that you'll follow along to each day. We highly recommend challenging yourself with resistance, doing workouts for multiple sets, and maintaining good nutrition to get the most out of this program. Over the next 4 weeks, we will challenge you to work hard in order to look and feel confident just in time for summer!
