"CONSISTENCY IS KEY"

THE JOURNEY STARTS HERE

Welcome to WEEK 1 of the 2023 Summer Ready Challenge! This is the beginning of your journey with us and we can't wait to guide you on the path to looking and feeling your absolute best this Summer! Every week within this program, we will present a theme that will serve as your primary focus and you will carry this theme throughout this challenge and beyond. This week's theme is all about the importance of CONSISTENCY! Being consistent with your workouts, healthy nutrition, and recovery will give you the best chance to maximize your results over the next 4 weeks. If you take this program one day at a time and commit to getting better every day, you're going to be proud of yourself by the end of this challenge. To make sure you get the most out  of this program, we have included a few key tips below:

THE KEYS TO SUCCESS

​

BE CONSISTENT: No matter what your goal is throughout this challenge, consistency will be the "cheat code" to help you succeed no matter what.

​

CLEAN FUEL: No matter how hard you train during this program, your nutrition will be a key factor in your fat loss results when it's all said and done. Focus on your protein intake, eating more fruits and veggies, limiting overly processed foods, and staying hydrated. 

​

GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE: Whether you're a beginner or advanced, be sure to go hard and challenge yourself with each training session. You can maximize this program by repeating the workouts for longer training sessions, increasing your weights or intensity, and adding some of our other workouts to the mix.

​

RECOVERY IS WHERE THE CHANGE HAPPENS: We're confident that you're going to crush each workout, but it will eventually take a toll on your body. Focus on doing our stretches and mobility exercises to reduce pain and sorness between training days. The faster you recover, the more you're able to get out of each workout.
