ME vs ME

YOU ARE YOUR ONLY COMPETITION

The FINAL week of the Summer Ready Challenge is here! From focusing on consistency in week 1, dialing up your nutrition in week 2, and emphasizing recovery in week 3, it's time to pull all of the pieces together. You now have a good idea of what it takes to improve your body and we want to challenge you to go ALL OUT in week 4! This week's theme is all about 'Me vs Me'. We want to challenge you to go above and beyond for your body this week by creating a mindset to do whatever it takes to maximize each day. Focus on the little details, find opportunities to get out of your comfort zone, and be better than the person you were last week. When this week is all said and done, we want you to be proud of everything you've accomplished and carry that momentum forward. Use any of the tips below to help you finish this program strong. 

THIS WEEK'S KEYS TO SUCCESS

GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE: Find ways to go above and beyond such as increasing your weights, adding finishers, repeating workouts, stretching daily, meal prepping your food, etc. Making these small changes can add up and make a big difference in how much you progress.

 

CREATE A GAME PLAN:  Before starting this week, make a list of what you want to accomplish and how you're going to do it. Hold yourself accountable to this plan and check off the list as you go. 

STAY ACTIVE: Continue to challenge yourself to do the little things to move your body throughout the day aside from your workout. This can be in the form of going on a bike ride, doing a quick yoga class, or going on a walk daily to reach those step goals. Adding in small amounts of activity can make huge difference in your daily output.

DON'T FORGET THE THEMES: Take what you've learned from each week's theme to have the most complete week of training yet. Consistency, proper nutrition, recovery and getting out of your comfort zone will give you the best opportunity to succeed.
