ABOUT THE SUMMER-READY CHALLENGE
Welcome to the Summer Ready 2023 Challenge! Our goal with this challenge is to provide a program that will help you lose body fat, and feel strong and confident heading into the summer months! We want to create consistency with a routine that is fun, challenging, and maintainable.The program is based on 5 active days a week and the assigned workouts will be an average of 25-45 minutes. We will focus on maintaining lean muscle, burning body fat, and improving endurance with strength and high intensity workouts from our Juice & Toya YouTube Channel.
There are a few ways that you can sign up for this challenge and we have outlined how you can get started below:
TRAINING FREQUENCY: 5-6 Days per week
DIFFICULTY: For ALL levels of fitness
START DATE: Monday April 24th, 2023
END DATE: Friday May 19th, 2023
TIME COMMITMENT: Each workout will be 20-45 minutes In length
AVAILABILITY: For U.S. and International Participants
THE YOUTUBE PROGRAM
The Youtube program will contain a calendar of follow along workouts that will be featured here on our One Body LA Website every week.
EQUIPMENT: Pair(s) of Dumbbells (There will be alternative bodyweight workouts)
MOTIVATION: Access To Our Juice & Toya Facebook Community & Social Media Pages
PROGRAM DESIGN: Strength, HIIT, Cardio, & Recovery Routines from our YouTube Channel
PRIZES AND INCENTIVES: Pop up prizes and incentives throughout the challenge to the most active and engaged participants
THE JUICE & TOYA APP PROGRAM
The summer ready app program will be available ONLY on the Juice & Toya playbook app. You will receive a weekly program made up of circuit style workouts that can be tailored specifically to your goals and fitness level. Each workout will contain recommended sets/reps along with exercise demonstrations and descriptions to help with form. This program is similar to what Juice & Toya follow on a daily basis so this is a great option if you're looking to take your training to the next level! The YouTube follow along program will be available and you can take advantage of the app features with it!

HOW TO WIN
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A $500 GRAND PRIZE (APP ONLY): When signing up for the app program, make sure you submit a "Before" photo by 11:59pm PST on Monday April 24th and an "After" progress photo by 5:00pm PST Friday May 19th. You will be able to submit the beginning photos during the sign up process. Please use this example as a reference of how to submit your photos.
TAG US ON INSTAGRAM/TIK TOK: (@JuicetonTx @Toyacherrelle @Onebodyla @Juiceandtoya) and share your workouts with us in posts/reels/stories!
YOUTUBE PROGRAM ONLY: Engage with us in the comments of each video that is designated for the day. After you complete each workout, be sure to give us details about the workout and let us know how you did for a prize entry. We will be keeping up with you over the course of the 4-weeks and will be giving away pop up prizes and incentives along the way.
APP PROGRAM ONLY: We will be looking for engagement and completion of workouts on the app to track your consistency. Make sure you press "complete workout" upon completion (we will also be able to see workout duration to ensure workouts are logged accurately). We will be giving out WEEKLY prizes leading up to the TWO $250 cash prizes for best results/engagement at the end of the challenge!
