ABOUT THE SUMMER-READY CHALLENGE
As many of you know, we recently got engaged, and are currently prepping for our wedding this summer. So, we thought it would be fun to take you all along the journey with us by launching the Juice and Toya Summer-Ready Challenge! Our goal with this challenge is to help you head into your summer feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident in your body. We're here to help you transform your physical and mental health with a program that is realistic, challenging, and maintainable for 4-weeks. We will focus on building lean muscle, burning body fat, and improving endurance with strength and conditioning workouts!
START DATE: Monday May 2nd
END DATE: Saturday May 28th Live with Juice & Toya
WORKOUTS: Each workout will be 20-45 minutes In length
TRAINING FREQUENCY: 4-6 Days per week
AVAILABILITY: For U.S. and International Participants

DIFFICULTY: For ALL ages and levels of fitness
THE YOUTUBE PROGRAM

The Youtube program will contain a calendar of follow along workouts that will be included in the description of the weekly motivational video:

EQUIPMENT: Pair(s) of Dumbbells (There will be alternative bodyweight workouts)
MOTIVATION: Access To Our Juice & Toya Facebook Community
PROGRAM DESIGN: Strength, HIIT, Cardio, recovery stretches, and end of week challenge
PRIZES AND INCENTIVES: A $250 cash grand prize will be awarded to one hardworking participant based on results AND weekly engagement. We will also host pop-up prizes throughout the challenge to keep it fun and motivating!

THE JUICE & TOYA APP PROGRAM
The app program will be available ONLY on the Juice & Toya playbook app. You will receive a weekly program of guided workouts that can be tailored specifically to your goals. Each workout will contain recommended sets/reps along with exercise demonstrations and descriptions to help with form. This program is similar to what Juice & Toya follow on a daily basis so this is a great option if you're looking to take your training to the next level!

HOW TO WIN
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A $250 GRAND PRIZE: Make sure you submit a "Before" photo by 11:59pm PST on Monday May 2nd and an "After" progress photo by 5:00pm PST Friday May 27th. Submit the photo to info@onebodyla.com (YouTube program only). Please use this example to see how to submit your photos. The app sign up page will have a separate area to submit progress photos.

YOUTUBE PROGRAM ONLY: Engage with us in the comments of each week's motivational video. After you complete each workout, be sure to give us details about the workout and let us know how you did for a prize entry! After the first day of each week, we highly recommend creating a personal thread and comment under your original comment for each day. That way we can track your progress in one place. We will be keeping up with you over the course of the 4-weeks and will be giving away a $250 cash prize for best results/engagement at the end of the challenge!
APP PROGRAM ONLY: We will be looking for engagement and completion of workouts on the app to track your consistency. Make sure you press "complete workout" upon completion (we will also be able to see workout duration to ensure workouts are logged accurately). We will be giving out WEEKLY prizes leading up to a $250 cash prize for best results at the end of the challenge!
