IT'S WEEK 4!
You have officially made it to the final week of the challenge! We are so proud of all your hard work up to this point and we can't wait to see how you FINISH STRONG with this week's theme. The next 5 days are all about putting the consistency, nutrition, and recovery together for your best week of training yet. Also, we encourage you to get out of your comfort zone and simply do MORE this week. For example, this can be in the form of doing multiple sets of the workouts, doing more recovery sessions, meal prepping your foods in advance, and so much more. At the end of this week, we want you to look back and be proud of everything you've accomplished.
Ending Progress photos must be submitted to us by Friday 11/18 at 4PM PST . Please send your ending progress photos to the same thread as the beginning photos you submitted before the challenge.
The winner of our $250 Grand Prize will be announced during our live recap on Saturday at 9am PST.
