6-WEEKS
The Gym Strong Strength Training Program is a 6 week program designed to help you build muscle and strength. This is a progressive overload program, challenging your weights, reps and sets each week. Although the program utilizes equipment typically found in a gym, we have included modifications in the description of the exercises to modify with dumbbells if you don't have access to a gym.

The Fresh Start 2025 Program is a 6 week strength and conditioning program. It is designed to help you follow and build an effective routine that will give you all the tools you need for a fresh start to help you reach your goals. We're excited to share a program thats fun, motivating, and customizable for people of all fitness levels.
BUSY BODY 2.0
4-WEEKS
The Busy Body 2.0 program is a 3 day a week program with workouts focused on full body strength. We designed this program with a busy schedule in mind. We understand that we all have periods of time where our schedules may make it hard to be consistent in a program, and this is where the Busy Body 2.0 program comes in; having 3 full body strength days to focus on each week, and fitting in other days of movement as our schedule allows. This program can be started at any time.
LEVEL UP 2.0
8-WEEKS
This 8 week program was designed to give you the tools and guidance you need to feel confident in reaching and maintaining your goals. This is a strength and conditioning based program centered on circuit style training, along with weekly follow along workouts. Along with the workouts, we have equipped you with guides and recipes that will be helpful in tailoring your nutrition- which will play a big role in your progress. Regardless of the goal you are trying to reach, consistency is going to be key.

The Busy Body program is based on 3 days a week, and we designed this program with a busy schedule in mind. This program is structured on a base of 3 full body strength days a week. Although this program is only 3 days a week- we encourage you to tailor it to meet your needs and goals.
LEVEL UP
6-WEEKS
Welcome to the Juice & Toya Level Up Program! This 6-week program will help you build strength, lean muscle, lose body fat, and most importantly, it will create structure within your fitness journey. We've also included a nutrition guide, video based recipes, and a variety of motivational videos to help you stay consistent and through the process of working toward your goals. With the many tools and tactics included in this program, you have everything you need to level up your fitness!
SUMMER READY 2025 [CIRCUIT]
6-WEEKS
This circuit training program is designed in a guided format based on sets, reps, and progressive overload. This will allow you to fine tune your workouts and maximize your results over time. We recommend this program if you're looking to learn a style of training that's effective and more in-line with how we personally train to reach our goals. Transitioning from follow along workouts can take some adjusting but we have helpful resources to help you take advantage of what circuit training has to offe
SUMMER READY 2025 [FOLLOW ALONG]

This 6 week follow along program is designed to be more in line with how you train with our YouTube workouts. While circuit training can be more effective, we always recommend committing to a program that will give you the best chance at being consistent. The follow along program is built for consistency, effectiveness, and fun with the motivation built into each workout. Join a community of people who will be following along with us and take advantage helpful resources that come with it
LEVEL UP BUNDLE
14-WEEKS
The Level Up Bundle is the perfect combination of strength and conditioning. This bundle includes the Level Up Program, which is a 6 week strength and muscle building program and the Level Up 2.0 program, which is 8 weeks long; the first 5 weeks focus on strength and the last 3 weeks focus on high intensity training for conditioning and fat loss
