About the event
Tap in with us for a 45 minute strength and conditioning session! This workout requires no equipment and it's made for all fitness levels. We will play fitness games and you'll have the opportunity to win prizes such as lululemon gear, a beast blender, beats headphones, and more! All you'll need to bring is your own personal yoga mat and water bottle to stay hydrated. The workout will start promptly at 9:30am, so please aim to show up at least 15 minutes early to get checked in. We will have light bites and drinks available for post workout. We cant wait to kick off the holiday season with a fun sweat!
