We will start by guiding everyone through a 30-45 minute high intensity workout that will be fun, challenging and interactive for everyone. Afterwards, we will conduct informative session & Q&A to provide more insight about us and the exctiing events that we have in store for the future. Following that, we will be providing our guests with samples from some of our favorite brands and services. Lastly, we will open up the floor to connect with all of our guests to take photos and videos for you to share.
