SALMON 3 WAYS
OUR GO TO SALMON RECIPES FOR LUNCH & DINNER
CITRUS BAKED SALMON
Ingredients:

-
4-6oz Filet of Fresh Atlantic Salmon
-
Seasonings: citrus blend, lemon pepper, garlic salt
-
Lemon
-
Broccoli (Optional For One Pan Meal)
-
Olive Oil (Optional)
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Season both sides of your salmon filet with desired seasonings. We used a Trader Joes' citrus blend, lemon pepper and garlic salt. We topped the salmon with sliced lemon to add more of a citrus flavor. Place the salmon on a lightly oiled baking sheet. If you want to make this a one pan meal, simply add veggies of your choice. We typically add a side of broccoli tossed in a tablespoon olive oil and seasoned with garlic salt. Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes. The cooking time may vary depending on the size of your filet.
Let cool and enjoy!
AIR FRIED SALMON + STIR FRY VEGGIES
Ingredients:

-
4-6oz Filet of Fresh Atlantic Salmon
-
Seasonings: Onion Salt, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Powder
-
Lemon
-
Stir Fry Veggies (Red/Orange Peppers, Onion)

Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 360-375 degrees. Season your filet with desired seasonings. We used garlic powder, onion salt and black pepper. You can also chop up veggies to cook with your salmon. We chopped red/orange bell peppers and onion into thick slices so they cook evenly with the salmon.

Place the salmon and veggies into the air fryer basket (lightly oil with cooking spray) for 12-15 minutes, depending on the size of your filet. During the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, you can add a light glaze of a sauce for added flavor. We typically use a sweet thai chili or teriyaki sauce.
Once it's finished cooking, serve and enjoy!
SALMON BITES
Ingredients:

-
1lb of Fresh Atlantic Salmon
-
1/2 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
-
1 Whole Egg
-
Green onion, handful
-
1/2 Chopped Onion
-
Seasonings: Garlic salt, Lemon pepper
-
Instructions:

Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees.
Chop your salmon into small pieces- the smaller your pieces the better. Add 1 whole egg, ½ cup panko breadcrumbs, a handful of chopped green onion, ½ chopped onion, and seasonings. Mix everything together thoroughly. Form the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter. This should make around 8-10 balls.
Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray so that the bites don’t stick upon removal.
Place the salmon bites into the air fryer and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until they're golden brown. Once the bites have finished cooking, take them out and allow them to cool for 2-3 minutes. Once cooled, serve and enjoy!
We usually like to dip these in a sweet thai chili sauce or a light spicy mayo.
