We are here to personally help you unlock any questions or concerns that you have along your fitness journey!
Cancellation Policy
• All 30-minute 1-on-1 fitness consultations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged 50% of the consultation fee. • Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not receive additional or rollover time. • All bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. • Clients will receive a scheduled Zoom link for their appointment once confirmed.
